Refund policy
Within 5 business days of you receiving your item you must open and inspect for shipping damage and manufacturer defects. We are able to track when your order is delivered.
DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BACK WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. IF YOU TRY TO FORCE A RETURN YOUR ITEM WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER AND YOU'LL HAVE TO START THE RETURN PROCESS OVER.
25% RESTOCK FEE ON ALL APPROVED RETURNS.
NO SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE REFUNDED OR REIMBURSED.
Returns of Non Damaged Items
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, CONTACT US FIRST!!! Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return or Exchange of Damaged Items
If there is shipping damage we must receive pictures of all damage to the box, shipping supplies and pictures of the damaged item. Do not throw out the package material. We'll need you to hang onto all of this so that insurance claims may be filed. DO NOT FILE A CLAIM WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY. THAT IS FOR US TO DO!
For damaged items we'll work with you to either replace or refund the item.
Manufacturer Defect
For lighted whips and all lighting accessories we will help you work with the manufacturers warranty process. You'll need to file a warranty claim with the manufacturer and ship the item to them directly. They will inspect the item and come to a resolution with you. Please follow the instructions when wiring. There will be no replacements for improper installation.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
